Piedmont Community Actions (PCA) conducts the South Carolina Youth Leadership Program (SCYLP) to prepare junior high students with leadership skills for becoming productive achievers and future adult learners in the community.

Sunbelt Human Advancement Resources, Inc. (SHARE) has developed the EDGES Program to assist youth ages 14-21 with workforce readiness through improved educational and skills attainment.
