The New York State Community Action Association has announced its Fall 2009 schedule of I.T. Webinars aimed at improving the computer skills you use in the day to day performance of your jobs.  These single topic trainings are delivered right to your desk by NYSCAA's knowledgeable staff.  Typically 15 minutes long these trainings are designed to provide you with the knowledge you need to make your computer work for you, instead of you working for the computer!  Every training has a question and answer period where you can get instant assistance.
