Commonwealth Community Partnership, an expanding non-profit agency is seeking an Executive Director.

The Fauquier Community Action Committee, Inc. has expanded into a six (6) jurisdiction CAP, that offers an exciting challenging phase in its development.  This position needs executive leadership delivering diverse programs in early childhood education, food bank, housing and utility assistance, thrift store and others.  The director needs to be strong in program delivery, grant management, organizational management and community collaboration and fundraising. 

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, social services or related field is necessary plus work experience at a managerial level.  Strong non-profit background (preferably community action) and/or local government experience desired.
